Our Vision



For 25 years, Helping Irondequoit Plan for Progress, Inc. (HIPP) has rolled up our collective sleeves as an all-volunteer group to bring positive change to the Titus-Cooper-Hudson District in Irondequoit, NY.

  • Securing grants
  • Successfully completing major public art projects
  • Installing artistic bike racks and benches
  • Working with government, local businesses and residents to bring much needed redevelopment to Irondequoit’s SPARKLING new 4 corners!!

HIPP’s vision is to capitalize on the potential of this vital neighborhood center to become a pedestrian-friendly, aesthetically pleasing and commercially successful district.

Public Art



HIPP has sponsored a number of public art initiatives in the Titus-Cooper-Hudson area, including two murals, an artistic bench and paintings on the silver electrical boxes.
